A Stanford University graduate and board-certified physician with extensive experience in Emergency Medicine, Dr. Darm has built his career at the intersection of medicine and cosmetic aesthetics.
Over more than two decades in laser and cosmetic medicine, his work has earned international recognition for his LaserLift™ and LipoLift™ techniques — attracting discerning patients well beyond the Pacific Northwest.
At Premier Med Spa of Lake Oswego, his role as medical director is simple and demanding in equal measure: set the clinical standard, mentor our team, and make sure every patient leaves with a natural-looking result that still looks unmistakably like them.

Now serving as the Wellness Consultant at Premier Med Spa of Lake Oswego, Shauna enjoys guiding patients through their aesthetic journey and helping them choose the laser treatments and procedures best suited to their individual goals. She takes pride in building trusting relationships with clients and loves seeing the incredible results that modern aesthetic treatments can achieve.

Dan is an accomplished financial executive and corporate consultant with nearly three decades of experience driving transformative growth across multiple sectors, including med spa, retail, technology, and real estate. Throughout his career, Dan has advised private equity-backed and publicly traded companies, specializing in corporate finance, governance, divestitures, and complex M&A transactions.
Prior to his current consulting practice and co-founding Premier Med Spa Group, Dan served as CFO for several businesses, where he spearheaded accounting & financial reporting, treasury management, operational initiatives and Human Resources. He is known for his ability to identify hidden bottlenecks and implement bold operational efficiencies that unlock new sources of revenue and maximize profits.
Education — Warner Pacific University, Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Economics (1986). Portland State University, Post Baccalaureate Studies in Accounting (1987–1988). Licensed CPA, admitted to practice by the Oregon State Board of Accountancy (1992).
