What is Jeuveau®?
Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is a newer-generation neuromodulator that received FDA approval in 2019 specifically for the cosmetic improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines. It is produced exclusively for aesthetic use — a modern replacement for BOTOX® and Dysport® that some patients refer to as the “NewTox.”
Like BOTOX® and Dysport®, Jeuveau® works by temporarily reducing the activity of the muscles that pull the skin between the brows into vertical lines. We use authentic, FDA-approved product and tailor dosing to your facial anatomy.
Jeuveau® units are not interchangeable with BOTOX® or Dysport® units. During your consultation, we will recommend the neuromodulator that best fits your goals, history, and the way your face moves.
FDA approval
Jeuveau® is FDA-approved for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines between the brows) associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients.
Results are temporary; duration varies by patient. We review expectations and timing during your consultation.
