What is Jeuveau®?
Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is a newer-generation neuromodulator that received FDA approval in 2019 specifically for the cosmetic improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines. It is produced exclusively for aesthetic use, which is why some patients refer to it as a modern alternative to other neuromodulators.
Like BOTOX® and Dysport®, Jeuveau® works by temporarily reducing the activity of the muscles that pull the skin between the brows into vertical lines. We use authentic, FDA-approved product and tailor dosing to your facial anatomy.
Jeuveau® units are not interchangeable with BOTOX® or Dysport® units. During your consultation, we will recommend the neuromodulator that best fits your goals, history, and the way your face moves.
FDA approval
Jeuveau® is FDA-approved for the temporary improvement in the appearance of moderate to severe glabellar lines (frown lines between the brows) associated with corrugator and/or procerus muscle activity in adult patients.
Results are temporary; duration varies by patient. We review expectations and timing during your consultation.
