Dysport® (abobotulinumtoxinA) is an FDA-approved injectable focused specifically on the glabellar lines — the vertical "11s" that form between the brows when you concentrate or frown. It is administered as a small set of precisely placed injections into the muscles that drive that movement.
Because Dysport® was approved by the FDA for a focused cosmetic indication, it is often selected for patients whose primary aesthetic goal is softening frown lines. Like every neuromodulator, Dysport® dosing is patient-specific, and units are not interchangeable with other botulinum toxin products.

A modern aesthetic-only neuromodulator approved specifically for moderate to severe frown lines in adults.
Jeuveau® (prabotulinumtoxinA-xvfs) is a newer-generation neuromodulator that received FDA approval in 2019 specifically for the cosmetic improvement of moderate to severe glabellar lines. It is produced exclusively for aesthetic use, which is why some patients refer to it as a modern alternative to other neuromodulators.
Like BOTOX® and Dysport®, Jeuveau® works by temporarily reducing the activity of the muscles that pull the skin between the brows into vertical lines. We use authentic, FDA-approved product and tailor dosing to your facial anatomy.
Jeuveau® units are not interchangeable with BOTOX® or Dysport® units. During your consultation, we will recommend the neuromodulator that best fits your goals, history, and the way your face moves.

All three are FDA-approved neuromodulators that temporarily reduce the activity of specific facial muscles to soften expression lines. BOTOX® Cosmetic is FDA-approved for moderate to severe glabellar lines, crow's feet, and forehead lines in adults. Dysport® is FDA-approved for moderate to severe glabellar lines in adults under 65. Jeuveau® is FDA-approved for moderate to severe glabellar lines in adults. They use different formulations and units, which are not interchangeable.
