The DE|RIVE Hair Wellness System is a plant-based, hormone-free hair and scalp treatment program that combines professional in-office serum applications with a daily at-home routine. DE|RIVE products are crafted from plant-based secretory factors, cultivated through a patented process from carefully selected plants, that work in harmony with the body’s natural regenerative processes to nourish the scalp and support the appearance of thicker, fuller hair.
The system pairs the concentrated professional serum applied during your visits with three at-home products: a daily support shampoo, a leave-in conditioner, and the Hair Support Serum. DE|RIVE is 100% natural, free of drugs and hormones, safe for all skin types, and was recognized with the 2025 Nonsurgical Innovation Award from The Aesthetic Guide.

DE|RIVE is designed to improve the environment surrounding the hair follicle. Its plant-derived ingredients support scalp hydration and follicular health, and the formula supports the production of Cytokeratin-15, a key protein that is integral to hair growth.

What To Expect
Comfortable treatment, no downtime
Treatment is comfortable and begins with preparation of the scalp, followed by targeted application of the DE|RIVE Hair Support Serum. When performed with our AquaFirme XS platform, the protocol includes approximately five minutes of DETOX scalp preparation, the DE|RIVE serum application, and approximately twenty minutes of ULTRA serum perfusion to distribute the serum throughout the scalp.
There is no downtime, and you can return to your day right after your appointment. You will then continue your prescribed DE|RIVE home-care routine between visits to keep scalp support consistent.
Sessions & Results
Gradual change, built consistently
The initial protocol typically consists of three professional treatments spaced approximately 30 days apart, with a follow-up treatment around month six when recommended. Because hair grows in cycles, changes develop gradually.
