Premier Med Spa of Lake Oswego is a modern, physician-led med spa where the experience is shared by the whole team. Your care may begin with a wellness consultant, move through clinical treatment with trained medical staff, and continue with thoughtful post-procedure guidance.
Our practice brings together board-certified medical direction and an experienced care team, advanced technology, and an intentionally unhurried setting on State Street in the heart of Lake Oswego.
We do not chase trends. We build treatment plans across injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser services, and body contouring and wellness around the person in front of us.

Dr. Jerry Darm provides board-certified medical direction, but the patient experience is intentionally team-based. Shauna, Jacque, Brittanee, Izzy, and the Premier Med Spa Group leadership each support a different part of the visit.
That means your consultation, treatment, aftercare, and long-term plan are connected by one standard instead of isolated appointments.
